Eligible Cases for Replacement / Refund

We offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

• Damaged or defective yarn or tools
• Incorrect items received
• Missing items from your order

Refund Process

Once verified, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not applicable.
